Information we collect

Submissions contain the bot name, public share URL, optional creator handle, category, description, and email. We use these details to review listings and contact submitters. The creator handle and approved listing details may be published; your email is not published.

Abuse prevention and retention

The service processes your IP address to enforce five submissions per hour. An hourly hash is stored as part of the submission identifier. Hosting providers may also process request logs. Rejected submissions and contact details are reviewed for deletion within 90 days; approved public listing details remain until removed.

Analytics

When configured, Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity collect usage and interaction information and may use cookies. These services are inactive when their project IDs are absent. See Google’s privacy policy and Microsoft’s privacy statement. Browser privacy settings can limit cookies and tracking.

Your choices and content removal

Request access, correction, deletion, or listing removal at contact@grok-bot.net. Include the listing URL and your relationship to the content.
