Grok Bot Pricing, Plans & Free Trial

Grok Bot access starts with published monthly plans such as Cursor Pro at $20 or SuperGrok at $30. Your existing subscription may already qualify. Compare access, included usage and extra spending before choosing a plan.

Independent guide based on linked official documentation. Examples below are suggested workflows, not product benchmark results.

Grok Bot pricing: published monthly plans

USD monthly list prices checked September 9, 2026. Cursor lists taxes separately; use the provider’s checkout for your final currency, billing period and total.

Cursor describes progressively higher Bot limits for Pro+, then Ultra. Its separate Agent usage multipliers should not be read as Bot quota multipliers. Compare Cursor plans

Heavy and Teams Premium also qualify under the access expansion. We have not listed a price where the reviewed page did not provide a directly comparable monthly figure.

Do you need a separate Grok Bot subscription?

No separate Bot subscription is required for eligible paid Cursor plans or linked individual SuperGrok accounts. Cursor’s billing documentation also includes linked X Premium+ accounts; SuperGrok Lite and organizational SuperGrok accounts do not qualify for linking. Enterprise customers should contact their account team. Account eligibility

To use an eligible Grok subscription, choose Link Grok Account on the Bot plan screen, sign in to that Grok account and return to confirm access. X Premium+ uses Link X Account. Check the receiving Cursor account first: the link cannot be unlinked or moved after creation. Official linking instructions

The current billing page and live prices include entry plans that some getting-started pages still omit. We use those current billing sources for this comparison. Confirm the entitlement displayed in your own account before paying.

Weekly usage and on-demand costs

Included Bot usage resets weekly. If enabled, on-demand spending can fund additional work after that allowance. Linking grants usage on your Cursor account and leaves existing subscriptions in place; it does not cancel an existing paid plan. Usage and linking

Settings → Usage & Billing shows included and on-demand consumption where available. Otherwise check the Cursor account page or ask your organization’s administrator. Where to check usage

For budgeting, record your subscription charge separately from additional usage. Try three representative jobs—one short lookup, one document task and one longer workflow—and compare the meter before and after each. This gives you a useful personal estimate without assuming a fixed cost per message.

Is Grok Bot free? How does the trial work?

The documented trial is a consumable usage credit with a seven-day window. Agent steps and tokens consume it, so a long task can exhaust it early. Check the offer and remaining credit in your plan screen. Official trial terms

A free download does not establish unlimited free usage. The free Grok chat offering is also a different entry in the Grok plan comparison. For a first trial, use the small public-page task in our setup guide before attempting an extended workflow.

Which Grok Bot plan should you choose?

  • Already paying for an eligible plan: check access and try your normal work before adding another subscription.
  • Starting from scratch: compare the entry plans based on the other product you also need, then inspect Bot usage after a small task.
  • Running recurring work: measure a complete routine cycle, including retries, before estimating a month’s cost.
  • Buying for a team: have the administrator confirm seat allowance and on-demand spending settings.

Once access is confirmed, install Grok Bot, choose a template for your task, and review the output before automating it.
